Workshop for advanced flyers

This year, from 31 March to 6 April 2024, Les Siamangs is exclusively offering an „improvement" flying trapeze workshop. Designed for trapeze artists who already have a certain technical mastery of basic tricks, including the return to the platform.
This course is not recommended for beginners.
In order to be able to accompany you individually, the group will be limited to 8 people. The workshop will last 6 days with 4 hours of practice per day, which requires a certain physical condition. A recovery day will be scheduled in the middle of the course.
Our concept includes four main areas for optimal progress on the flying trapeze:
- Progression of tricks in relation to the objectives set at the beginning of the workshop.
- Approach of complex figures with rotations on our unique flying trapeze rig installed over a foam pit.
- The inclusion of the big trampoline to reinforce the training on the flying trapeze.
- The technical and biomechanical analysis of your tricks based on videos taken during training.
You will be able to perfect your acrobatic figures and discover new tricks to expand your repertoire and exploring the possibilities of extended "bar to bar" sequences.
The fee is €300.
